Most of us don’t really think about what we eat in relationship to our skin’s health, especially in regards to acne. Eating a healthy, well-balanced diet and drinking a lot of water is just as important as using quality skin care products.

Many who struggle with acne tend to be afraid to use moisturizing products in fear that it will create more oil product. The truth is, all of us need hydration in our skin in order to be healthy even when you have acne.

The sun can cause more spots and issues to arise in your skin, especially when your skin is already vulnerable and trying to fight acne. Before leaving the house, and the last step of your skin care routine, make sure that you’re always applying a quality SPF product to your skin. It will help keep your skin well protected and avoid any further skin concerns.
